PA’s first state constitution was written and ratified in 1776. It promised the people the right to alter and reform their government - a radical idea that became the foundation of constitutions in other states and countries.
But until PA ends the practice of politicians choosing their voters through gerrymandered districts, we won’t really have the government of, by, and for the people our constitution promises.
Come join colonial reenactors and leaders of Fair Districts PA. Common Cause PA and the League of Women Voters of Philadelphia to say, “Give redistricting reform bills a vote.”
