Event Description

Philadelphia will be a focal point for the 250th anniversary celebration of the Declaration of Independence. It may also be a focal point for celebration of the signing of the first Pennsylvania constitution, one of the first on this continent, in 1776. So we need to plan NOW to position Philadelphia, and our work on redistricting reform, for greater visibility and action in the year ahead.
