Speak Up for Fair Maps Workshop: Southwest PA

Event Description

Pennsylvania state legislators will hold public hearings this summer and early fall prior to drawing the next ten years’ voting districts. Join fellow citizens from around southwestern PA to learn to testify. You’ll find out how to dig into what defines your district, share your thoughts about past gerrymandered districts, and communicate what you’d like to see as new maps are drawn.

The workshop will be customized to citizens of PA Senate and House districts in Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Somerset, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties, but anyone is welcome to attend.
