The Retired Professionals of Dickinson College (RPDC) are hosting a public education program on reforming Pennsylvania’s redistricting process. Fair Districts PA speaker Jean Handley will explain PA’s current redistricting process and problems with redistricting in Pennsylvania. She will offer a solution to the problem and will discuss legislation and roadblocks in Harrisburg. Ideas for how individuals and organizations can advocate for change will be shared.
