Redistricting Reform Update for Young Forwardists

Event Description

Fair Districts PA speaker Michael Skros will be providing the Young Forwardists with a brief update on redistricting reform on their monthly general Google Meet call. Michael will explain PA’s current redistricting process, demonstrate how it has undermined democracy, and then offer a solution to the problem. Michael will also discuss legislation, roadblocks in Harrisburg and FDPA’s strategy going forward. Ideas for how individuals and organizations can advocate for change will be shared.

Fair Districts PA is a non-partisan coalition of citizens and organizations seeking to reform PA redistricting rules by ensuring that the process is impartial, transparent, and accountable.
