Capitol press conference promoting an independent redistricting commission

Event Description

Representatives Steve Samuelson and Mark Gillen are holding a press conference to highlight introduction of House Bill 1776, a PA constitutional amendment to create an independent redistricting commission. The representatives will explain the need for this reform. Several other supporters will speak, including Fair Districts PA Chair Carol Kuniholm.

This is not a rally, but supporters are welcome to attend.

Fair Districts PA volunteers will be distributing information about the bill to legislative offices earlier the same day. If you’re able to join us please do!

FDPA will also have a display table in the capitol rotunda from 10 am to 3 pm. Volunteers are needed for that as well.
