The Warrior Trail Association is hosting a public education program on reforming the rules in Harrisburg. Fair Districts PA speaker Doug Webster will explain the current procedural rules in Harrisburg. He will demonstrate how these rules game the system, silence debate and damage democracy and then he will offer a solution to the problem. Doug will also provide suggestions for how individuals and groups can advocate for change.

Fair Districts PA is a non-partisan coalition of citizens and organizations seeking to reform PA redistricting rules by ensuring that the process is impartial, transparent, and accountable.
