Why Voting Districts Matter

AAUW Doylestown is hosting a public education program on the Who and How of drawing state and federal voting districts. This redistricting process has contributed to intense partisanship and and unproductive legislature in PA and the country. Fair Districts PA speaker Tony Crocamo will explain PA’s current, flawed redistricting process, and also describe LACRA - a bill that will help make redistricting fair for all voters. Tony will also briefly address the issue of judicial voting districts and why that issue matters to all Pennsylvanians.

Fair Districts PA is a non-partisan coalition of citizens and organizations seeking to reform PA redistricting rules by ensuring that the process is impartial, transparent, and accountable.
