A look at the status of the multi-year struggle to shift control of Pennsylvania’s redistricting process from the hands of a small group of political leaders to an independent citizens panel operating in full transparency. The calls for change are mounting with a recent poll showing 67% support statewide for reforms and an end to damaging gerrymandering (the drawing of district maps to favor politicians and parties).
