Redistricting Reform: Our Story, Progress, and Critical Next Steps

Event Description

It is time to get energized - even more passionate – about ending the back room political practice of rigging our elections with partisan gerrymandering.

• GET ENERGIZED: We will show the excellent, informative film Line in the Street, which tells our PA story in 40 minutes

• PROGRESS: We will spend a few minutes updating you on the current status of the legislation in the House and Senate which WILL end gerrymandering with an independent citizens commission.

• NEXT STEPS: We will discuss ways that we need all of us to speak up and speak out. There is a wide range of critical actions, some only requiring a few minutes of your time, but vastly important.
